Information |
- The Amicalola Falls Christmas Bird Count is scheduled for
Friday, December 22, 2006
- The circle's center is at 34.5 degrees North, 84.1667
degrees West. We're assuming a datum of NAD 27 in the
absence of instructions from National Audubon
- Detailed instructions will be posted as soon as possible.
I will forward everyone's contact information to the party
leaders
- Please feel free to register through the National Audubon CBC
website. Electronic registration is easy (don't have to
dig for those $5 bills on count night) and cheap (electronically
register for four or more counts for the cost of four)
- The count roundup is scheduled for 7 p.m. at
the "Fire Mountain" restaurant,
located at 126 Highway 400 North, Dawsonville, Ga. This
address is at the intersection of Highways 53 &
11. I will be available there between 6-6:30
p.m. to collect forms from anyone who can't stay for the
post-count roundup dinner
- Please check back frequently for additional details.
